Damages and issues.

When dealing with returns and damaged products, we will require that you note the following:

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • Returns will only be accepted within 7 working days. Returned items should be accompanied by a packing slip, and receipt or Invoice as proof of purchase.
  • Once returned, items should be fully examined and the client will be notified as to when they will collect their orders. This will be communicated by medium of communication preferred by client.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards or goods not in original condition.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, However, we do not refunds on customised products.
